Water is provided by a private well. Water quality is good. A water conditioning unit and an air compressor are located on the mezzanine above the kitchenette and laundry. Air fittings are plumbed to multiple fittings within the hangar. Reeled electrical extension cords are provided on both sides of the hangar - as are water faucets. Exterior water can be shut off and the lines cleared for winterization.
