The Ten Five Ranch is the ultimate recreational property and it borders over 40,000 acres of National Forest to the north. Whether your passion is hunting, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, horseback, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, camping or all of the above, here's the place for you. Hunters will appreciate the quantity of elk, mule deer, turkey, bear and grouse. The ranch has consistently received one ea. ( Unit 4 ) Landowner elk permit each year. Mule deer permits are over the counter private land only. Bordering National Forest and Unit 52, one can apply for public draws as well. Anglers will find 2 ea. year-round streams on the property that are loaded with native brown trout. Snowmobiler's, hikers, mountain bikers, skiers and equestrians have countless miles of roads and trails throughout the area to explore as well. There is a base camp established on the property with a 20' x 24' build pad installed for a small two story cabin. Roads through the property are two track and accessible by vehicle if needed. Topography on the ranch varies from grassy creek bottoms to timber-covered ridges. Access to the property is gated and locked with fencing where applicable.
