Hagarville Hideaway
Description
Tucked away in the hills of the Ozark National Forest is the hideaway you've been looking for. It's hard to find a place more secluded, yet so easily accessible. It shares a border with national forest on 3 sides and is surrounded by it for miles in every direction. Very few privately owned pieces of land in the area. Existing cabin on the property sits on a level clearing with plenty of room for additional buildings. Cabin has real hardwood floors, mini split heat/air system as well as a gas wall heater, front & back deck and available wi-fi via satellite. Propane tank services water heater, cook top and wall heater. A spring water well with filtration system provides water while a new professionally installed solar system provides enough power to run everything you need. Batteries for the solar system are top end that can handle fluctuating temperatures and there is a charging port to connect to a generator for extended periods of low sunlight. Two storage sheds and a large conex container offer plenty of storage. Two food plots have already been opened up with deer stands in place. Knowing the location, it goes without saying that there are numerous deer, bear and turkey in the area. Just across the county road on the national forest, there is a beautiful pond for fishing or just relaxing with a view. The Ozark Highlands Hiking Trail crosses the county road a short distance north of the property. Whether you are looking for a hunting camp, a weekend getaway or a place to live off grid, you will not be disappointed by this property!
