With this mountain retreat when you're not relaxing, you will have access to world-class snowmobiling, ATV riding, hunting, hiking, horseback riding and cross-country skiing just steps from your front door.
In addition to the one million acres of prime elk habitat that the Routt National Forest provides it is common to have elk and deer cross the cabin property.
This truly amazing log cabin with king post has two bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, kitchen area and great room with wood burning stove to round out the main level. Upstairs you will find a loft with balcony that doubles as an additional sleeping area or a game and tv room - a prime relaxation spot when you're not exploring in the outdoors.
Three out buildings (sheds) are also included on the property providing storage for equipment, ATVs or anything else you might need stored
The property has a water well, with spring-like quality, so there is no need to haul or have water delivered. An on-demand water heater is also included eliminating the need to wait on hot water, Green power for the cabin is supplied by a 1,500 watt solar system with battery bank and an auto start propane generator for backup.
