eight and a half miles from the Arkansas River. This area offers plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities from Gold Medal fishing
and rafting waters of the Arkansas to small creek fly fishing at Badger Creek. Hunters will appreciate property border access to Game
Management Unit fifty eight as well as many other public land access points in the surrounding area. This nicely treed year around
access property is only a half mile to the paved county road and offers stunning views of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Monarch
Ski Area is approximately fifty miles and the town of Salida is approximately thirty three miles. Come explore this unique part of
Colorado and the multitude of recreational activities this area has to offer!
