It is an open floor design with one bathroom.  Water is hauled into this cabin and stored in a tank on the side.  The view from the front porch is simply amazing.  Fire pits on both cabins are already in place.  

I know what you're thinking by now and you are correct.  Air BnB this and you could have an income producing property really easy.  There are two separate roads that take you to two different meadows and along the creek where countless new cabins could be constructed to increase the income.   The sky is really the limit with this once in a lifetime property.   

RV hook ups will remain, but RV and the one portable cabin at the entrance will be removed and is not owned by the seller.
