Boat and general storage are also available on the first level. There are three separate central heat and air units provided for the lodge, on demand hot water heater, satellite connectivity, excellent wireless service, and a five-hundred-pound propane tank.
Connected by a newly paved sidewalk, the bunkhouse contains two private bedrooms, a bunk room, and two bathrooms. A fenced kenneling area is also adjacent to the structures.
Seasonal statistics:
*In the 2020/2021 duck hunting season, there were 726 ducks and geese killed on the property. Of the 726 waterfowl harvested, approximately 70% were ducks and 30% were geese. Of the ducks harvested, approximately 90% were mallards.
*In the 2019/2020 duck hunting season, there were 554 ducks and geese killed on the property. Of the 554 waterfowl harvested, approximately 70% were ducks and 30% were geese. Of the ducks harvested, approximately 90% were mallards.
*In the 2018/2019 duck hunting season, there were 612 ducks and geese killed on the property. Of the 612 waterfowl harvested, approximately 70% were ducks and 30% were geese. Of the ducks harvested, approximately 90% were mallards.
