Mossy Oak Properties Honors 2024 Fist Full of Dirt Award Recipient

Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mossy Oak Properties Tennessee Land and Farm has received its Fist Full of Dirt Award, which recognizes the Mossy Oak Properties office or individual who completes the best conservation themed service project throughout the previous calendar year.

Mossy Oak Properties Tennessee Land and Farm was selected for their 2024 National Day of Conservation efforts, which included building and donating over 300 birdhouses to a local elementary school for kids to paint, decorate, and put in their backyard.  This years’ award is their fourth Fist Full of Dirt Award recognition in the past five years.

Erica Dowdy, who helped spearhead these efforts for Mossy Oak Properties Tennessee Land and Farm, said: “We are truly blessed to live in a community that shares our passion for the outdoors and understands the importance of conserving our natural resources. Without the unwavering support of Sheriff Frankie Gray, the Stewart County Sheriff’s Department, the NWTF’s LBL Longbeards, and the citizens of Stewart County, none of what we do would be possible.”

“Conservation is at the core of everything we do here at the Mossy Oak family of companies,” said Chris Hawley, CEO/President and Co-Founder of Mossy Oak Properties.  “Like us, Mossy Oak Properties Tennessee Land and Farm shares that commitment to leaving the land better than we found it.  We are very proud of them for winning our Fist Full of Dirt award and we thank them for being a partner in conservation causes.”

The Mossy Oak Properties land brokerage network was launched in 2003 and currently serves over 30 states. In 2024, our network completed 3600 transactions totaling $1.1 Billion+ in sales volume and over 180,000 acres sold. For more information, visit www.mossyoakproperties.com
