Mossy Oak Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Arkansas land broker Pam Welch of Mossy Oak Properties – Strawberry River Land and Homes was named its “Agent of the Year” at the company’s recent Land Summit, held February 27th through February 28th, 2023 in Starkville, Mississippi.
The Agent of the Year award is given annually to the salesperson that has the highest sales volume of the course of the year out of the Mossy Oak Properties network, which currently represents over 650 land specialists. The award, which was for the 2023 sales year, was the fourth consecutive Agent of the Year award for Welch, who was also nominated for the award in 2018 and 2019, in addition to amassing 26 Pinnacle Club quarterly recognitions.
