Vincent "Vinny" DeFelice

Vinny grew up in Holmes County hunting and fishing for as long as he can remember. Being in the outdoors as a young kid sparked his passion for the outdoors. That passion has developed into his career as a real estate agent, forester, and survey technician. After graduating high school he worked as a survey technician for Baker Surveying conducting boundary surveys and property line marking. He then attended Hocking College and pursued a degree in forest management graduating in 2020.  He started Heartland Forest Management shortly after graduating where he serves landowners with consulting forest management services such as timber sales, timber stand improvement, and invasive species control throughout the state. Later he went onto Hondros College to become a real estate agent. His vast knowledge of the forest, habitat, and wildlife in Ohio allows him to understand the value of land and the management that encompasses it. 

On top of his professional accomplishments Vinny is an avid hunter. His passions lie with deer and turkey but also enjoys hunting many small game species. Chasing trophy whitetails and longbeards on his family and own properties have given him a great perspective of what landownership can mean to others. He truly believes that there is nothing more rewarding than owning, managing, and harvesting wild game from your own piece of property. His values have always included hard work, dedication, and integrity which show clients his ambition to make their dreams come true.
