Tom Middleton

Born and raised in Adams County (Natchez), Mississippi, Tom Middleton loves the land as though he owned it himself.  For the past forty-two (42) years, he has been an active Registered, Consulting Forester and for the past thirty-eight (38) years he has been a licensed real estate broker in Mississippi as well as Louisiana specializing in prime timber and hunting land.  In addition, Tom has also been active in the oil and gas business, including both exploration and leasing, for the past forty (40 years).  Tom is an individual that can answer any questions about the land from timber to hunting to surface and mineral title.  He has been recognized as a timber expert by the Supreme Court of the State of Mississippi.  An avid hunter himself, Tom is a member of Cedar Grove Hunting Club (36 years) where he and his two sons,  Alex and Avery, enjoy every hunting season.  Tom graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry.  While at Mississippi State, he was very active in many activities and was honored to be inducted into MSU's Hall of Fame.  Tom is currently an active member of the Society of American Foresters and previously served two (2) terms on the Mississippi River Parkway Commission, which is appointed by the Governor of Mississippi.  Tom joined Mossy Oak Properties in March, 2004.  Since joining Mossy Oak Properties,  Tom was honored to be awarded the first ever Mossy Oak Properties' Agent of the Year in 2006 and was also a finalist for this award in 2022.  Tom has been selected for the MOP - Pinnacle Club on numerous occasions.  In 2022, Tom was recognized as a Mossy Oak "Big Fish" for closing the famous Giles Island Tract.  In addition, in 2022, he was selected as the recipient of the Fox Haas Award, the highest award given to a Mossy Oak Agent.   Tom has been married to the former Pam Alexander since 1984 and they are the proud parents of two sons, William Alexander "Alex" and Thomas Avery and proud grandparents of three granddaughters.
