Sierra was raised in Jefferson City, MO (cole county) and graduated from Eugene High school in 2015. She obtained her real estate license in September of 2022. Sierra lives in cole county, near brazito, with her husband (Clayton), son (Theodore), and daughter (Isabelle). She is a "jack of all trades". While she works to find people the perfect home or land, she is also a photography business owner and ultrasound student at Capital Region Medical Center.

While growing up, she was constantly out with her dad in the summer, camping or fishing. He taught her the importance of being in nature and spending time with family.
