Scott Summers

Born 1957 in Nashville, TN. I have lived in Tennessee all my life. I grew-up in Nashville when it was still a small city - I have had only had 3 zip codes in my life and they all touched each other. I attended and graduated high school from Montgomery Bell Academy - then graduating from college at The University of Tenn Knoxville with a Bachelprs Degree in Economics. I began hunting and fishing at a very early age. My family has always had a farm or property upon which I could roam freely as I grew-up. Being on the land has always been one of my passions. I live in a cool, really old log cabin built circa 1928 and bought my grandparents in 1958. This place has been a big part of my whole life as well as for my family and children.

Having started my sales career in 1983, I have now positioned myself to spend the rest of my working career listing and selling land and farms for Mossy Oak Properties. Farms and rural lands are as unique and different as the people that enjoy them. Successfully finding and matching properties with the unique dreams of each individual is my goal. I am so proud to be a part of Tenn Land and Farms and the whole Mossy Oak Team. I was The Agent Of The Year in 2023 for the Dover office. I won The Most Transactions Award in 2023 as well.

I have been selling real estate for 8 years now. I am well versed in the world of sales as well as the ability to secure and maintain lasting relationships with all the wonderful people with whom I come in contact on a daily basis. I have been to every county in TN - all 95 !!! Not many people can say that. I am very familiar and travel regurlary throughout West TN - especially between I-65 and The Mississippi River. For the last 50 plus years, I have made countless trips on a regular basis throughout the area of Western Middle Tenn and Northwest Tenn - both listing land as well as assisting buyers as well as hunting. I am a Licensed Guide in Tenn as well - mostly for duck hunting adventures and some guided Smallmouth Bass fishing too.

I hunt the ducks throughout NW Tn and Reelfoot Lake especially. I have been hunting Reelfoot since I was a teenager - like over 50 years now. I love it up there !! The Lake and the culture that surrounds it are really special. Turkey hunting anywhere is the top of my favorite past times. I did The Grand Slam when I was 50 with my son, Michael. He and I hunt together every chance we get - and that's alot. I live on the South Harpeth River in Cheatham Co. with a Kingston Springs address. I get to enjoy the beauty of nature every day - it is like living in a state park !! I am single and have two wonderful children. Family means a lot to me. I am blessed with many, many wonderful friends and welcome those with whom I have yet to be acquainted. I invite you to come share my passion for land and life. SMS
