Mathew Seldomridge

Matthew Seldomridge grew up in the western part of Virginia where his passion for the outdoors started at an early age.  He started trout fishing the streams throughout the region with his family as soon as he could hold a pole.  When Mathew was not fishing, he was hunting.  He started with small game and quickly grew to hunting large game such as white tail and turkey.  As he grew older so did his passion for hunting and fishing.  Mathew hopes that his growing family will one day enjoy the great outdoors and devlop the same passion for land and wildlife conservation.

The love of the outdoors led Mathew to pursue a career that would allow him to enjoy mother nature.  Mathew obtained an Associate's degree in Forest Management Technology from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College.  Following Dabney, Mathew attended West Virginia University where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Forest Resource Management.  Since college, Mathew has worked in the timber industry with a variety of experience.  He has spent time working as a consulting forester, procurement forester, and log buyer.  Mathew has experience with land management, land acquisitions, and the buying and selling of timber and logs.  This has allowed him to gain the knowledge and understanding of land and timber from multiple points of view.  He has built his reputation in the industry with integrity, hard work, and the trust of landowners.  With the industry knowledge and the personal passion for the outdoors, Mathew can assist clients with their real estate needs and he will do so with the same integrity and professionalism that has led him through his career.
