Marypat Gaffney

Marypat grew up in Valley Forge, PA and over the course of her career she has lived all over the US and spent significant amounts of time overseas.  She has over 25 years of combined service serving in the US Air Force and working in National Security and Department of Defense.  She has extensive experience in program & technology management, budgeting, executive coaching, leadership and a broad range of other areas.  Marypat has advanced degrees in Computer Science, Math, Engineering and/or Policy from Villanova, George Washington, and National Defense Universities.  

Marypat and her husband, Steve, have hiomes in NC and VA.  She has held her real estate license for over 7 years and has bought and sold many properties.  Additionally, she has overseen many rehab projects and enjoys enhancing a property's value.  One of her most recent purchases was a small farm in NE  NC where she and Steve plan on building out a self-sustaning homestead.

In her spare time, she is an avid reader and enjoys staying current on the latest trends within the real estate business.  She enhoys sharing her extensive experience with real estate and helping others achieve their goals.  She is also a proud veteran and enjoys giving back to those who served.
