Keaton Livingston grew up in North Texas and from a young age has loved the outdoors. His best memories were made from hunting and fishing and this shaped his drive to be in the outdoors as much as he could. He fell in love with the hard work that came along with land management, and developed an appreciation and passion for conservation. The life lessons that he learned from working in the outdoors has molded who he is today and has guided him in his career. Keaton attended Texas A&M University and earned a degree in Agriculture Economics, with an emphasis in finance and real estate. He has worked in the real estate industry for the past three years and is dedicated to giving his clients the best service possible. He decided to pursue his lifelong interest in rural real estate, ensuring properties are developed and marketed to their fullest potential.

He is active in his community and is a member of many organizations like Ducks Unlimited and other outdoor groups to help further conservation. He looks forward to partnering with other outdoor enthusiasts and assisting them in accomplishing their dreams of Texas land ownership.
