JT Yarbrough

I was born and raised in Buies Creek, North Carolina where I still reside today. Having grown up in the Real Estate industry and as an avid outdoorsman, I’ve always had a love for the land. I have been fortunate to be able to hunt and travel across the country with my family. These travels have helped me develop extensive knowledge about properties including how to identify wildlife sign, the flora and fauna in the area, and other features of properties that are key when representing buyers and sellers.

Prior to starting my real estate career, I spent several years in the cattle industry. During that time, I learned how to do many things, including fence building, animal care, and pasture management. Currently, I have my own herd of cattle, which I still manage and maintain. My experiences hunting and raising animals have helped me develop a great appreciation for the land and how it can give back. If you’re looking to buy or considering selling, call me today to let me put my experience to work for you.
