Eric Schwind

Eric Schwind is a true outdoorsman and currently resides in Cameon, NC with his family.  He has spent the last 17 years in the United States Army and continues to serve to this day.

Eric spent his childhood explporing the outdoors, casting lines into pristine lakes, and honing his hunting skills in the rugged wilderness.  These formative experiences instiled in him a profound respect for the land and a passion for preserving its beauty.  Combining his love for the outdoors with a keen business acumen, Eric has seamlessly transitioned his passion into a successful career in real estate.  As a valued member of the Mossy  Oak Properties team, he brings a unique perspective and expertise to the table.  With an intricate knowledge of the land a deep understanding of the needs and desires of fellow outdoor enthusiasts, Eric is dedicated to helping clients find their dream properties.  Whether it's a sprawling hunting ground or a tranquil waterfront retreat, they go above and beyond to match individuals and families with properties that align directly with their outdoor lifestyles.
