Eric has called Western North Carolina home since 1982 and currently resides in Polk County. He has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. With a love of outdoor recreation, preservation of our environment, and understanding of land utilization, Eric has recently dedicated his career to helping others find their own niche in the mountains and foothills that he called home for 4 decades. He is excited to raise his 3 year old daughter in the same region and communities that helped shape his life and his character.
