David Dancy

David has lived in the Sequatchie Valley the majority of his life enjoying the great outdoors through hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends as he grew up. He has a unique perspective on real estate as his family has been involved land surveying and property development for over 30 years. David has served our country in both the Unites States Marine Corps and the U.S. Army and experienced life outside of the U.S. while stationed in Germany. This gives David a unique appreciation for the freedoms land owners have in the U.S.  

Since leaving the service David has obtained an MBA and married his education with his love of the outdoors and family business experience. David understands the magnitude of purchasing land and the positive impact it can make in person's life. David is committed to matching clients with the right property to ensure a positive buying experience. David continues to live in the Sequatchie Valley with his wife Pamela. He has two children David Jr. and Sarah.
