Brandon Rich

Brandon was born and raised in the Triad area of central North Carolina and resides there to this day. At an early age he was introduced to the outdoors by his uncles and grandfather, listening to tales of giant deer roaming the Uwharrie National Forest and huge bass being caught in the area lakes.  These stories cultivated his love for the outdoors as a child, and nothing was more exciting than the next weekend's outdoor adventure with his family.

During summers off from high school, Brandon worked for one of his uncles who owned a plumbing business. Once he graduated, he went into the construction industry as a plumber. Over the course of 20 years, he learned other trades and these experiences & knowledge earned him a role as a Senior Construction Manager for a large healthcare organization based in North Carolina.  Although he was very busy advancing in his career, Brandon's love for the outdoors never waned.

Hunting, specifically Turkey hunting, became an obsession for Brandon. He became such a good “turkey caller” he began competing in calling contests around the country, placing and winning multiple state titles. Brandon became an active member of the National Wild Turkey Federation to promote hunting & conservation efforts for his beloved bird.  This opened doors of opportunities in the hunting industry, including a position as a Mossy Oak Regional Pro Staffer, and this relationship introduced him to Mossy Oak Properties.

Still working in construction, but looking to add personal value and growth, Brandon decided to obtain his real estate license.  With his love for the outdoors and connection with the Mossy Oak Brand already in place, once he became a licensed agent there was no place to call home but Mossy Oak Properties.

Brandon understands the value of land and enjoys working with buyers and sellers to assist them with their property sales or purchase goals.  Whether it's an investment or recreational property, a farm or rural homestead, he assists his clients so that they can make the right decisions to meet their land goals.  So, if you’re interested in buying or selling land in central North Carolina, Brandon is ready to assist you – call him today!
