Andrew Walters

Andrew Walters is the Co-Owner/Vice President of Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty. He is also the Broker-In-Charge of the Greenville office where he has managed his team since 2018. In 2024 he became the Co-Owner of Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty, which has five offices in three States. 

In 2024 Andrew was awarded the Fox Haas Award, which is the most coveted and highly sought after award within the Mossy Oak Properties Network, nationwide. Andrew also earned the Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty Agent of the Year Award in 2022, and the NC Top Producer Award Award in 2023. 

Additionally, Andrew was recognized on a National Level throughout the entire Mossy Oak Properties Network for being one the top 5 Agents in the Nation to close the most transactions in a single year. Andrew won this "Rainmaker Award" in 2022 for completing 86 transactions and in 2023 for completing 97 transactions. In the 4th Quarter of 2024, Andrew was named to the Mossy Oak Properties Pinnacle Club, which consists of the Top 10 agents in the Mossy Oak Properties network each quarter. 

Andrew has hunted various wild game from New York to New Mexico but loves spending time outdoors with his family in Eastern NC the most. His son, Maverick, was born in 2022 and he married his wife, Noelle, in 2015. 

His passion for the outdoors led him to North Carolina State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Biology with a concentration in Wildlife Science in 2014. On many Fall Saturday's he can be found at Carter-Finley Stadium, cheering for the Pack. Andrew has also written over two dozen nationally published articles pertaining to wildlife, wildlife management, and land conservation. 

Navigating the channels necessary to achieve a high number of transactions, cooperate with agents from other brokerages, soil evaluations, surveys, timber cruises, as well as maintaining relationships with his current and past clients is a goal he takes very seriously.
